Murray Braithwaite was a partner of Terlesky Braithwaite Janzen since 1997 and prior to that a partner of Terlesky , Braithwaite & Co. since 1990. Murray graduated from Malaspina College in 1972 with an Associate in Commerce Diploma and received his CGA designation in 1979.

Murray has over 32 years of experience, including many years in the forest industry working in the pulp & paper, sawmill and woodlands sectors. Murray works closely with owner-managed companies, providing solutions to the challenging problems that business owner's encounter.

Murray has been a resident of Mackenzie since 1978, and his community service contributions include serving as a director of the Mackenzie Chamber of Commerce, Advisory Committee member of the Mackenzie campus of CNC, member of the District of Mackenzie Economic Development Select Advisory Committee and a Mackenzie representative for Community Futures. Murray has recently been appointed to the Board of Governors of the College of New Caledonia (CNC) in Prince George.
